Truly reflective of Root Candle’s world-renowned quality, our beeswax enhanced Dipped Taper candles are hand dipped continuously to create up to 35 individual layers of wax. The result is a satin-like finish with solid, consistently colored unscented wax throughout, creating a dinner candle that is both natural and elegant.

Our 12" Dipped Taper Dinner Candle has a 7/8" diameter base, to fit into any fine dinner candle holder. Root Candles' Dipped Tapers burn an impressive 1 hour per inch. Available in two lengths; 9" and 12". Candles are sold individually.

Candle Care & Safety

Always burn Dinner Candles in an appropriate holder, and on a protected, non-combustible, heat-resistant surface. Never leave a lit candle unattended. Avoid drafty areas, as this could result in dripping.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Domestic Shipping Rates and EstimatesShipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Some items, such as large furniture and artwork, are available for pickup only.

In-store pickup

Some items, including furniture, art and sculptures, require in-store pick-up, as noted on the product page. You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store located at At Home Designs, 7460 Lancaster Pike, Hockessin DE 19707. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up usually within 24 hours.

We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
